The product is made using a similar process to the "Paul Stamets Method" which involves growing and fruiting the mushroom on a substrate of organic brown rice. The mushroom is grown on the rice, which it consumes as food. It then forms the fruit body, which is around 40-60% of our final product. The remainder is the mushroom mycelium, with a small amount of myceliated brown rice remaining. The mushroom is then cooked to increase the bioavailability of active ingredients, then freeze dry and ground to powder.

Reishi Mushroom Coffee Latte

Ingredients

1 tsp Foragers Organic Reishi Powder
1 tsp raw organic honey
1 tsp organic cacao powder
1 pinch ground cinnamon
1 pinch sea salt
1 cup milk (try coconut, cashew or almond milk)
1 shot espresso, or 1/3 cup strong brewed coffee

Instructions

Add Forager organic Reishi powder, raw organic honey, organic cacao powder, sea salt and cinnamon into a blender.
Steam or heat milk of choice until hot
Place all ingredients into your mug and stir for 30 seconds until fully infused.
Taste and add cinnamon for spice
