How to consume:To make a ceremonial cacao drink at home, approach the process with reverence and intention. Start by melting 30g of cacao in a small bowl over a pan of hot water, and then mix it with 120g of your chosen liquid, such as water, milk, or a milk substitute. Adjust the ratio to suit your taste, and sweeten if desired.
