Ceremonial Cacao Energy Balls
Ingredients:
- 1 cup Medjool dates, pitted
- 1/2 cup Forager Superfoods Ceremonial Cacao
- 1/2 cup almond flour
- 2 tbsp almond butter
- 1/4 cup shredded coconut
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/4 tsp sea salt
- 1-2 tbsp water, as needed
- Optional: Additional shredded coconut for rolling

Blend the Ingredients: In a food processor, combine the dates, Ceremonial Cacao, almond flour, almond butter, shredded coconut, vanilla extract, and sea salt. Blend until the mixture is well combined and slightly sticky.

Adjust Consistency: If the mixture is too dry, add water one tablespoon at a time until it reaches a consistency that can be easily rolled into balls.

Roll the Balls: Using your hands, roll the mixture into small balls about the size of a walnut.
