Australian Bee Pollen Granola


  • 3 cups rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup sliced almonds
  • 1/2 cup chopped walnuts
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened shredded coconut
  • 1/4 cup coconut oil, melted
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 tbsp bee pollen


  • Preheat your oven to 180°C.
  • In a mixing bowl, combine the rolled oats, sliced almonds, chopped walnuts, and unsweetened shredded coconut.
  • In a separate bowl, mix together the melted coconut oil, honey, and vanilla extract.
  • Pour the wet ingredients over the dry ingredients and mix until fully combined.
  • Spread the granola mixture evenly on a baking sheet.
  • Bake for 20-25 minutes, stirring occasionally, until golden brown.
  • Remove from the oven and let cool completely.
  • Sprinkle bee pollen over the cooled granola.
  • Serve with almond milk or yogurt.
