Acai Berry Smoothie Bowls


  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1/2 cup frozen berries (blueberries, raspberries, or strawberries)
  • 1/4 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 2 tablespoons powdered acai berry
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • Toppings of your choice: fresh fruit, granola, nuts, seeds, shredded coconut


  1. Combine the frozen banana, frozen berries, almond milk, powdered acai berry, and honey in a blender.
  2. Blend on high until smooth and creamy, adding additional almond milk if needed to help the mixture blend.
  3. Pour the smoothie mixture into a bowl.
  4. Add your desired toppings on top of the smoothie bowl.

This smoothie bowl is packed with antioxidants from the acai berry powder and the variety of fruits used. It's a perfect breakfast or snack to help start your day off on the right foot! Feel free to experiment with different toppings to make it your own.
