Acai Berry Smoothie Bowls
Ingredients:
- 1 frozen banana
- 1/2 cup frozen berries (blueberries, raspberries, or strawberries)
- 1/4 cup unsweetened almond milk
- 2 tablespoons powdered acai berry
- 1 tablespoon honey
- Toppings of your choice: fresh fruit, granola, nuts, seeds, shredded coconut
Instructions:
- Combine the frozen banana, frozen berries, almond milk, powdered acai berry, and honey in a blender.
- Blend on high until smooth and creamy, adding additional almond milk if needed to help the mixture blend.
- Pour the smoothie mixture into a bowl.
- Add your desired toppings on top of the smoothie bowl.
