Acai Berry Overnight Oats
Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup rolled oats
- 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 tablespoon chia seeds
- 1 tablespoon powdered acai berry
- 1/2 cup mixed berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)
- 1 tablespoon honey (optional)
Instructions:
- In a bowl, combine the rolled oats, almond milk, vanilla extract, chia seeds, and powdered acai berry. Stir until well combined.
- Add in the mixed berries and stir until they are evenly distributed throughout the oat mixture.
- Cover the bowl and refrigerate overnight.
